when incident created 06:00 PM between 08:00 AM set incident support group and assigned user

Hi ,

I have a question for when incident created specific times, for example every day any incident created at 06:00 PM between 08:00 AM (Non business hours) There is a condition with when user select specific classification category, incident support group and assigned user will be set specific group or user.

is it possible ? I need urgently help about this .
