This is a minimal build with limited funcitonallity. Should be handled as a preview of what's to come.

Included Cmdlets are:
New-SCSMIncident (Register a new incident)
Get-SCSMIncident (Search for incidents)
Set-SCSMIncident (Update incidents)

Please use your sandbox when testing this release, remember that it's an alpha release!
