Loading/POPup Incident Form in console

I would like to know if it is possible to load the incident Form through a script so that the analyst can enter the required information. The scenario is as follows:

The service desk agent receives a phone call, once this call is picked up automatically a new incident form should be loaded within the service desk manager console. For sure the console is open but might be minimized. We currently have this scenario with Heat for incident management and would like to replicate it into Service Manager.
